  • A varied, healthy diet. In The Athlete's FoodCoach app we help you plan this. In addition, we provide assistance around your training so you can eat what your body needs to perform well.
  • Don't worry. If you miss a meal or eat too much, simply resume your plan again for the next meal. And, of course, listen to your body when it tells you to eat a little more or less.

    In this tutorial we show how to skip a meal and let FoodCoach recalculate your other meal moments.
  • It's currently only possible to include one sport in your profile. In the near future we hope to support multiple sports
  • It's currently not possible to connect activity trackers, although we hope to enable this in the short term. Team Visma | Lease a Bike is running a pilot with its riders which involves connecting TrainingPeaks. If all goes well, we will release this for everyone.
  • We use your personal data to create a personalised nutrition plan. Security and privacy are very important topics for us. That's why you need to create a strong password which must meet all of the following requirements:
    • - at least 8 characters
    • - at least 1 special character (!@#$%^&*)
    • - at least 1 lowercase (a-z)
    • - at least 1 uppercase (A-Z).
  • We support cycling, running, football, hockey and fitness. In the near future we hope to also add rowing and triathlon.
  • You have direct contact with an experienced coach, who helps you manage your daily performance nutrition plan via our unique technology. This technology has been developed in close collaboration with PSV Eindhoven and Team Visma | Lease a Bike, whose performance staff use it for all riders on a daily basis.
  • We support cycling, running, soccer, hockey and fitness. In the near future we hope to also support rowing and triathlon.
