Smoked mackerel, tomato and arugula wrap and a forest fruit smoothie

Ingredients (per serving)

2 pcs       Whole wheat tortilla
60 g     Hot Smoked Mackerel
30 g     Rucola washed
1 pcs     Tomatoes
2 tbs     Honey
75 g     Frozen Forest Fruits
150 g     Coconut Dream Coconut & Rice
1 pcs     Banana
3 tbs     Hüttenkäse
1 pinch     Black pepper

Preparation steps

  1. Mix coconut rice drink, banana, forest berries and honey in a bowl. Puree with a blender or blender into a smooth smoothie.
  2. Using two forks, pull the mackerel apart.
  3. Season the Hüttenkäse with black pepper.
  4. Cut the tomato into slices.
  5. Spread the wraps with cottage cheese and spread the arugula, tomato and mackerel on top.
  6. Roll up and slice and pour the smoothie into a glass.
