Smoked mackerel, tomato and arugula wrap and a forest fruit smoothie

Ingredients (per serving)
2 pcs Whole wheat tortilla
60 g Hot Smoked Mackerel
30 g Rucola washed
1 pcs Tomatoes
2 tbs Honey
75 g Frozen Forest Fruits
150 g Coconut Dream Coconut & Rice
1 pcs Banana
3 tbs Hüttenkäse
1 pinch Black pepper
Preparation steps
- Mix coconut rice drink, banana, forest berries and honey in a bowl. Puree with a blender or blender into a smooth smoothie.
- Using two forks, pull the mackerel apart.
- Season the Hüttenkäse with black pepper.
- Cut the tomato into slices.
- Spread the wraps with cottage cheese and spread the arugula, tomato and mackerel on top.
- Roll up and slice and pour the smoothie into a glass.
