Wout's savory oatmeal with an egg

Ingredients (per serving)

1 pcs       Egg
100 g     Oatmeal
1 pcs       Vegetable stock
500 ml     Water
0.5 tbs   Liquid margarine

Preparation steps

  1. Bring the water to the boil and add the stock cube.
  2. Turn down the heat slightly and add the oatmeal. Cook the oatmeal until all the liquid has been absorbed.
  3. Heat the butter in a frying pan and fry the egg.
  4. Place the oatmeal in a bowl and place the fried egg on top.
