Ingredients (per serving)

3 slices       WHole wheat bread
15 g     lamb's lettuce
4 pcs       Oven-baked chicken breast
0.5 pcs     Avocado
1 tbs   Apple Syrup

Preparation steps

  1. Spread 1/3 of the bread with apple syrup.
  2. Halve the avocado, remove the pit and slice the flesh.
  3. Top the remaining bread with chicken breast, avocado slices and lettuce.
