Whole wheat penne with chicken breast, zucchini and tomato

Ingredients (per serving)
100 g Penne whole wheat
200 g Free-range chicken fillet
1 pcs Zucchini
3 pcs Tomatoes
1 tbs Parmesan
1 tbs Olive Oil
2 tbs Fresh basil
Preparation steps
- Boil the pasta until tender.
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices and the tomatoes into quarters.
- Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken breast for 5 minutes.
- Add the zucchini and tomato and cook for another 5 minutes on a low heat.
- Add the pasta and garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
