Whole wheat penne with chicken breast, zucchini and tomato

Ingredients (per serving)

100 g           Penne whole wheat
200 g       Free-range chicken fillet
1 pcs            Zucchini
3 pcs     Tomatoes
1 tbs       Parmesan
1 tbs       Olive Oil
2 tbs         Fresh basil

Preparation steps

  1. Boil the pasta until tender.
  2. Cut the zucchini into thin slices and the tomatoes into quarters.
  3. Heat the olive oil and fry the chicken breast for 5 minutes.
  4. Add the zucchini and tomato and cook for another 5 minutes on a low heat.
  5. Add the pasta and garnish with grated parmesan cheese and fresh basil.
