Whole wheat bread with avocado and tomato

Ingredients (per serving)

1 slice       Whole wheat bread
0.5 pcs     Avocado
1 pcs     Tomatoes
1 pinch     Black pepper

Preparation steps

  1. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Cut into cubes.
  2. Wash the tomato and cut into slices.
  3. Toast the bread until light brown in a toaster or in a preheated oven for 2 minutes.
  4. Top the bread with avocado and tomato. Season to taste with pepper.
