1 slice Whole wheat bread
0.5 pcs Avocado
1 pcs Tomatoes
1 pinch Black pepper
Preparation steps
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh. Cut into cubes.
- Wash the tomato and cut into slices.
- Toast the bread until light brown in a toaster or in a preheated oven for 2 minutes.
- Top the bread with avocado and tomato. Season to taste with pepper. >
