4 slices Whole wheat bread
1 pcs Matured Cheese 30+ Slices
1 pcs Egg
150 g Spicy raw vegetables
100 g Liquid protein
2 tbs Apple Syrup
1 tbs Olive Oil
Preparation steps
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the egg in it and mix with the egg white.
- When they are almost done, top the eggs with the cheese and let it melt.
- Spread half of the bread with apple syrup.
- Top the remaining bread with egg. Serve with the raw vegetables.
