WHole wheat bread, with fried egg and bread with syrup plus sald at the side

Whole wheat bread with fried eggs and whole wheat bread with apple syrup plus salad

Ingredients (per serving)

4 slices   Whole wheat bread
1 pcs       Matured Cheese 30+ Slices
1 pcs       Egg
150 g       Spicy raw vegetables
100 g       Liquid protein
2 tbs       Apple Syrup
1 tbs       Olive Oil

Preparation steps

  1. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the egg in it and mix with the egg white.
  2. When they are almost done, top the eggs with the cheese and let it melt.
  3. Spread half of the bread with apple syrup.
  4. Top the remaining bread with egg. Serve with the raw vegetables.
