Ingredients (per serving)

4 slices       White bread
2 tbs     Halvarine light
1 pcs     Banana
1 pcs     Apple syrup
100 ml     orange juice
50 g     Frozen forest fruits
1 tbs     Honey

Preparation steps

  1. Peel the banana and mix it with forest berries, honey and orange juice to make a smooth smoothie.
  2. Spread the bread with the halvarine and apple syrup.
  3. Serve the bread with the smoothie.
