Ingredients (per serving)
20 g Lettuce
50 g Carrot (juliene root)
50 g Tuna pieces in water
4 tbs Huttenkäse
1 pcs Whole wheat tortilla
Preparation steps
- Drain the tuna and wash the lettuce.
- Mix the Hüttenkäse with the tuna.
- Coat the wrap with the tuna mixture.
- Spread the lettuce and carrot over the wrap.
- Roll up the wrap and serve.
