Tuna wrap

Ingredients (per serving)

20 g     Lettuce
50 g           Carrot (juliene root)
50 g       Tuna pieces in water
4 tbs            Huttenkäse
1 pcs     Whole wheat tortilla

Preparation steps

  1. Drain the tuna and wash the lettuce.
  2. Mix the Hüttenkäse with the tuna.
  3. Coat the wrap with the tuna mixture.
  4. Spread the lettuce and carrot over the wrap.
  5. Roll up the wrap and serve.
