Tortizza tuna

Ingredients (per serving)

4 pcs       Tortilla
80 g     Rustic Passata
112 g     Tuna pieces in water
12 pcs     Black olives
3.3 pcs     Fresh basil
30 g     Rucola washed
50 g     Corn kernels

Preparation steps

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
  2. Drain the tuna and corn.
  3. Spread the passata on the tortilla.
  4. Top with tuna, corn and olives.
  5. Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray and place the tortillas on top.
  6. Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
  7. Garnish the fried tortillas with basil and arugula.
