Tortizza tuna

Ingredients (per serving)
4 pcs Tortilla
80 g Rustic Passata
112 g Tuna pieces in water
12 pcs Black olives
3.3 pcs Fresh basil
30 g Rucola washed
50 g Corn kernels
Preparation steps
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Drain the tuna and corn.
- Spread the passata on the tortilla.
- Top with tuna, corn and olives.
- Place a sheet of baking paper on a baking tray and place the tortillas on top.
- Bake for 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish the fried tortillas with basil and arugula.
