Ingredients (per serving)
40 g Jumbo Decaf Instant Coffee
80 g High Protein Chocolate Pudding
10 g Isostar Whey Protein Vanilla Flavour
35 g Liquid protein
35 g Jumbo “lange vingers” cookies
1 pcs Vanilla pod
8 g Vanilla sugar
0.5 tbs Cane sugar
20 g Alpro Vanilla Dessert
2 tsp Cocoa powder
2 g Almond shavings
Preparation steps
- Brew the espresso and stir half of the cane sugar into the coffee until dissolved. Set it aside so it can cool down.
- Whisk the egg whites together with vanilla sugar and remaining cane sugar in a fat-free bowl until stiff.
- In a bottle, shake the protein powder with a little water until smooth. Mix this thoroughly with the Alpro vanilla dessert.
- Cut the vanilla bean in two, scrape out the marrow and stir it into the vanilla dessert as well.
- Now gently fold the vanilla whey mixture into the whipped egg whites. The whole thing is supposed to decrease in volume and collapse slightly.
- Take a bowl and dip the long fingers into the coffee one by one. In the bowl on the bottom, make a first layer of the long fingers dipped in coffee.
- Spoon half of the vanilla whey mixture over the long fingers and smooth it out.
- Spread the chocolate pudding over the vanilla whey mixture and make a second layer of the long fingers.
- Spoon the remaining vanilla whey mixture over the long fingers and smooth it out.
- Fry the almond flakes in a frying pan without oil for 3 minutes until golden brown.
- Sprinkle the cocoa over the vanilla whey layer and garnish with the almond flakes.
- Let it set in the fridge for 2 hours.
