Ingredients (per serving)
0.3 pcs Cucumber
4 pcs Cherry tomato
0.5 tbs Coriander
0.5 twig Fresh mint
0.5 tbs Lemondor Lime Juice
85 g Whole wheat couscous
0.7 tbs Olive Oil
0.3 tbs Sesame seeds
75 g Smoked chicken breast
20 g Pomegranate seeds
0.3 tbs Honey
Preparation steps
- Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the cucumber into cubes, halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the coriander and mint and cut the smoked chicken breast into strips.
- Mix the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, coriander, mint and smoked chicken into the couscous.
- Mix honey with lime juice and olive oil.
- Mix the dressing with the salad and add to a plate. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and sesame seeds.
