Tiesj's couscous salad with smoked chicken and fresh herbs

Ingredients (per serving)

0.3 pcs       Cucumber
4 pcs     Cherry tomato
0.5 tbs       Coriander
0.5 twig     Fresh mint
0.5 tbs   Lemondor Lime Juice
85 g   Whole wheat couscous
0.7 tbs   Olive Oil
0.3 tbs   Sesame seeds
75 g   Smoked chicken breast
20 g   Pomegranate seeds
0.3 tbs   Honey

Preparation steps

  1. Prepare the couscous according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the cucumber into cubes, halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the coriander and mint and cut the smoked chicken breast into strips.
  3. Mix the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, coriander, mint and smoked chicken into the couscous.
  4. Mix honey with lime juice and olive oil.
  5. Mix the dressing with the salad and add to a plate. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and sesame seeds.
