Spicy Italian bean soup

Ingredients (per serving)
175 g White Beans in Tomato Sauce 0%
150 g Italian stir-fried vegetables
60 g Lean minced beef
0.5 pcs Red pepper
0.5 tbs Olive Oil
1 pcs Tomatoes
0.5 pcs Onions
1 pcs Clove of garlic
70 g Whole wheat baguettes
Preparation steps
- Bake the baguette according to the instructions on the package.
- Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Halve the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut finely. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
- Heat the olive oil in a soup pot. Fry onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the red pepper and tomatoes and fry for 3 more minutes.
- Add the stir-fried vegetables, white beans and water to the pan and bring to the boil. Heat the soup on a low heat for 5 minutes.
- Cut the baguette into slices.
- Serve the soup in a bowl and serve with the baguette.
