Spicy Italian bean soup

Ingredients (per serving)

175 g           White Beans in Tomato Sauce 0%
150 g       Italian stir-fried vegetables
60 g            Lean minced beef
0.5 pcs     Red pepper
0.5 tbs       Olive Oil
1 pcs       Tomatoes
0.5 pcs         Onions
1 pcs         Clove of garlic
70 g         Whole wheat baguettes

Preparation steps

  1. Bake the baguette according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Peel and dice the onion and garlic. Halve the red pepper, remove the seeds and cut finely. Cut the tomatoes into pieces.
  3. Heat the olive oil in a soup pot. Fry onion and garlic for 3 minutes. Add the minced meat and fry for 3 minutes. Then add the red pepper and tomatoes and fry for 3 more minutes.
  4. Add the stir-fried vegetables, white beans and water to the pan and bring to the boil. Heat the soup on a low heat for 5 minutes.
  5. Cut the baguette into slices.
  6. Serve the soup in a bowl and serve with the baguette.
