Spicy chicken and rice wrap

Ingredients (per serving)

2 pcs       Tortilla
75 g     White rice
200 g     Free-range chicken fillet
2.5 tsp     Curry powder
0.2 pcs     Onions
1 tbs     Olive Oil

Preparation steps

  1. Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and mix with the curry powder.
  3. Peel and chop the onion.
  4. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion.
  5. Fry the chicken breast until brown and cooked all over for about 4-5 minutes.
  6. Place the wraps on a large plate and spread the chicken breast and rice over them. Roll gently into a nice wrap.
