Spicy chicken and rice wrap

Ingredients (per serving)
2 pcs Tortilla
75 g White rice
200 g Free-range chicken fillet
2.5 tsp Curry powder
0.2 pcs Onions
1 tbs Olive Oil
Preparation steps
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the chicken breast into cubes and mix with the curry powder.
- Peel and chop the onion.
- Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and fry the onion.
- Fry the chicken breast until brown and cooked all over for about 4-5 minutes.
- Place the wraps on a large plate and spread the chicken breast and rice over them. Roll gently into a nice wrap.
