Spaghetti with red sauce and veggie balls

Ingredients (per serving)
0.5 pcs Onions
1 pcs Clove of garlic
1 tbs Olive oil
200 g Diced tomatoes
75 g Whole wheat spaghetti
100 g Vegetable balls
0.5 pcs Red bell pepper
Preparation steps
- Prepare the spaghetti according to the instructions on the package.
- Peel and finely dice the onion and garlic. Halve the bell pepper, remove the seeds and cut the bell pepper into 2 cm cubes.
- In a frying pan, heat the oil over a low heat. Fry the onion with garlic and bell pepper while stirring with a wooden spoon. Add the balls and diced tomatoes.
- Bring the tomato sauce to the boil. Then turn down the heat again and cook the sauce gently until a thick pasta sauce is formed.
- Spread the spaghetti on a deep plate and garnish with tomato sauce.
