120 g Oatmeal
1 pcs Juice orange
1 pcs Banana
300 ml Water
150 g Low-fat quark
100 g Frozen blueberries
Preparation steps
- Peel and break the banana into pieces. Peel the orange and put it in the blender with the banana.
- Add the quark, oatmeal, blueberries and water and mix into a smooth smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
