Oatmeal, quark, orange and banana smoothie

Ingredients (per serving)

120 g       Oatmeal
1 pcs       Juice orange
1 pcs       Banana
300 ml   Water
150 g       Low-fat quark
100 g       Frozen blueberries

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and break the banana into pieces. Peel the orange and put it in the blender with the banana.
  2. Add the quark, oatmeal, blueberries and water and mix into a smooth smoothie.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
