10 g Mixed lettuce
225 ml Semi-skimmed milk
1 tbs Natural light dairy spread

Preparation steps
- Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
- Spread the bread thinly with the dairy spread and top with salmon.
- Spread the lettuce and cherry tomatoes over the bread.
