Sandwich with dairy spread, salmon fillet and a glass of milk

Ingredients (per serving)

2 slices     Whole wheat bread
40 g         Wood Smoked Sockeye Wild Salmon
10 g           Mixed lettuce
225 ml       Semi-skimmed milk
1 tbs           Natural light dairy spread
5 pcs       Cherry tomato

Preparation steps

  1. Quarter the cherry tomatoes.
  2. Spread the bread thinly with the dairy spread and top with salmon.
  3. Spread the lettuce and cherry tomatoes over the bread.
  4. Serve the bread with a glass of semi-skimmed milk.
