Salmon pasta

Ingredients (per serving)

100 g     Mushrooms
100 g     Cherry tomato
50 g       Spinach washed
100 g     Penne
140 g     Salmon fillet
1 tbs     Olive Oil

Preparation steps

  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Cut the salmon, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes into chunks.
  3. Fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes and then add the salmon and fry for 5 more minutes.
  4. Add the pasta and finally add the cherry tomatoes.
  5. Place the spinach on a plate and serve with the pasta.
