Ingredients (per serving)
100 g Mushrooms
100 g Cherry tomato
50 g Spinach washed
100 g Penne
140 g Salmon fillet
1 tbs Olive Oil
Preparation steps
- Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
- Cut the salmon, mushrooms and cherry tomatoes into chunks.
- Fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes and then add the salmon and fry for 5 more minutes.
- Add the pasta and finally add the cherry tomatoes.
- Place the spinach on a plate and serve with the pasta.
