Robert's Indian chicken madras with zucchini and basmati rice

Ingredients (per serving)
100 g Basmati rice
100 g Chicken breast cubes
1 tbs Olive Oil
1 tsp Curry powder
1 pcs Onion
1 pcs Apple
1 pcs Tomato
0.3 pcs Zucchini
3 tbs Greek Yoghurt 10% Fat
Preparation steps
- Cook the rice according to the instructions on the package.
- Clean the onion and slice finely. Wash the tomato and zucchini and cut into cubes. Peel and core the apple and cut into cubes..
- Heat the oil in the pan and fry the onion until shiny for 1-2 minutes.
- Add the chicken breast and fry until golden brown all over.
- Add the curry powder and fry for a minute.
- Add the tomato and yoghurt, stir well and simmer for 5-6 minutes.
- Add the zucchini and apple and let it heat for 3 minutes.
- Drain the rice.
- Serve curry with rice.
