Ingredients (per serving)

85 g       Risotto rice
400 ml     Coconut drink
0.4 pcs     Mango

Preparation steps

  1. Place the rice in a large pan.
  2. Add the coconut drink and bring the whole thing to the boil while stirring.
  3. Cook according to the instructions on the package.
  4. et the rice porridge cool slightly for 5 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, peel and slice the mango.
  6. Spoon the cooled rice into a bowl and garnish with the mango.
