Quick banana yogurt shake

230 g         Greek Style Natural Yoghurt
0.8 pcs     Banana
1 tbs           Maple Syrup

Preparation steps

  1. Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
  2. Place the banana, yoghurt and maple syrup in the blender and blend into a smooth smoothie.
  3. Serve the smoothie in a glass or a lockable cup on the go.
