Noa’s pancakes with syrup

Ingredients (for 1 serving)

120 g       Wheat flour
120 ml       Almond drink normal
1 tbs       Olive oil
4 tbs       Maple syrup
1 tbs           Baking powder
2.5 tbs       Apple sauce 0% with cinnamon
1 tbs       Raisins

Preparation steps

  1. Mix the almond milk with the apple sauce.
  2. Mix the flour and the baking powder in the apple and almond milk mixture until smooth and add the raisins.
  3. Fry the pancake 2-3 minutes on both sides until golden brown and cooked.
  4. Continue until all the batter is used up.
  5. Serve the pancakes with maple syrup.
