Pita tosti with tuna and mozzarella

Ingredients (per serving)
1 pcs Pita Bread
45 g Tuna pieces in water
15 g Mozzarella
3 tbs Ketchup
0.5 tsp Dried Italian herbs
Preparation steps
- Preheat the oven to the highest grill setting or use a sandwich maker. Drain the tuna.
- Cut the pita breads half open.
- Mix ketchup with herbs. Spread half of the ketchup mixture on the inside of the bread.
- Fill the bread with tuna and mozzarella.
- Grill the bread in the sandwich maker or in the oven for 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve on a plate with the remaining ketchup.
