Oatmeal pancake with banana and honey
Tastefull and carb-rich post-workout meal to replensih energy storages

Ingredients (per serving)
125 g Self-raising flour
25 g Oatmeal
1 pcs Eggs M
125 ml Semi-skimmed milk
2 tbs Sunflower oil
1 pcs Banana
1.5 tbs Honey
0.5 tbs Linseed
Preparation steps
- Put the flour and oatmeal in a mixing bowl. Add egg. Pour in the milk and beat with a fork until smooth and thick.
- Heat some oil in a frying pan. Spoon one tablespoon of batter per pancake into the pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown and cooked on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
- Place the pancakes on a plate and keep warm under a lid. Process the rest of the batter in the same way.
- Peel and slice the banana.
- Spread the banana slices over it, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the linseed.
