Oatmeal pancake with banana and honey

Ingredients (per serving)

125 g     Self-raising flour
25 g       Oatmeal
1 pcs       Eggs M
125 ml       Semi-skimmed milk
2 tbs       Sunflower oil
1 pcs       Banana
1.5 tbs   Honey
0.5 tbs      Linseed

Preparation steps

  1. Put the flour and oatmeal in a mixing bowl. Add egg. Pour in the milk and beat with a fork until smooth and thick.
  2. Heat some oil in a frying pan. Spoon one tablespoon of batter per pancake into the pan and fry the pancakes until golden brown and cooked on both sides for 4-5 minutes.
  3. Place the pancakes on a plate and keep warm under a lid. Process the rest of the batter in the same way.
  4. Peel and slice the banana.
  5. Spread the banana slices over it, drizzle with honey and sprinkle with the linseed.
