Oatmeal banana pancake with red fruit and cottage cheese

Ingredients (per serving)
4 pcs Eggs
2 pcs Banana
45 g Oatmeal
150 g Frozen Forest Fruits
75 g Cottage cheese
0.5 tbs Olive oil
Preparation steps
- Mash the bananas and beat the eggs. Mix together and add the oatmeal.
- Bake the pancakes with the oil in a pan (0.5 tablespoon per pancake is sufficient). Let the pan get hot and pour the mixture into the pan in small tablespoons. Turn around as soon as the top is dry.
- Defrost the fruit in the microwave.
- Serve the pancakes with the Hüttenkäse and red fruit.
