Mango nice cream with shredded coconut

Ingredients (per serving)
15 g Unsalted hazelnuts
1.3 tbs Shredded coconut
0.8 pcs Banana
60 g Mango frozen
20 g Isostar Whey Protein Vanilla Flavour
8 g Vanilla sugar
50 ml Lactose-Free Semi-skimmed Milk
Preparation steps
- Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
- Place the banana in the blender with the milk, mango, vanilla sugar and protein powder and blend into a smooth smoothie.
- Pour the smoothie into a plastic freezer container.
- Chop the hazelnuts roughly and mix with the coconut. Spread the mixture over the banana-mango ice cream and let it set overnight in the freezer.
- Spoon the ice cream out of the tray into a bowl.
