Mango nice cream with shredded coconut

Ingredients (per serving)

15 g           Unsalted hazelnuts
1.3 tbs       Shredded coconut
0.8 pcs            Banana
60 g     Mango frozen
20 g       Isostar Whey Protein Vanilla Flavour
8 g         Vanilla sugar
50 ml     Lactose-Free Semi-skimmed Milk

Preparation steps

  1. Peel the banana and break it into pieces.
  2. Place the banana in the blender with the milk, mango, vanilla sugar and protein powder and blend into a smooth smoothie.
  3. Pour the smoothie into a plastic freezer container.
  4. Chop the hazelnuts roughly and mix with the coconut. Spread the mixture over the banana-mango ice cream and let it set overnight in the freezer.
  5. Spoon the ice cream out of the tray into a bowl.
