Mango milkshake

Ingredients (per serving)

225 ml   Skimmed milk
15 g         Isostar Whey Protein Vanilla Flavour
160 g     Mango frozen
0.5 tbs   Honey

Preparation steps

  1. Place the skimmed milk with the frozen mango chunks, honey and protein powder in a blender and blend into a smooth smoothie. Optionally, add some water for a less thick substance.
  2. Serve the smoothie in a large cup or in a lockable (shake) cup on the go.
