1 pinch Gingerbread Spice
50 g Organic egg
40 g Mango frozen
50 ml Coconut Dream Coconut & Rice
10 g Organic cane sugar
75 g Galia melon
100 g Arla Skyr Vanille
5 g Olive Oil
Preparation steps
- Make pancake batter by combining the milk and eggs in a bowl, then whisk in the dry ingredients until no lumps are visible.
- Chop the mango.
- Mix the mango with the batter.
- Cook the pancakes.
- Top off with syrup and serve with melon and skyr.
