Ingredients (per serving)
400 g Low-fat quark
0.3 tbs Shredded coconut
15 g Dark Chocolate 85%
50 g Pomegranate seeds
5 pcs Strawberries
Preparation steps
- Spread the low-fat quark in a bowl.
- Wash the strawberries and remove the crowns. Cut the strawberries into quarters and spread over the quark.
- Spread the pomegranate seeds over the quark.
- Chop the dark chocolate roughly and spread over the strawberries and pomegranate seeds.
- Garnish the quark with shredded coconut.
