Immune Booster Protein Smoothie

Ingredients (per serving)

100 ml   Vifit Sport Banana Honey Drink Protein
20 g        Ginger root
3 tbs       Lemondor Lime Juice
120 g      Carrots
130 ml   Low-fat yogurt
2 tbs       Honey
4.5 g       Unsalted Brazil nuts
2 pcs     Juice orange

Preparation steps

  1. Peel ginger and orange.
  2. Keep the Brazil nuts and honey aside, but put all the other ingredients in the blender and blend until you get a thick, delicious smoothie.
  3. Chop the Brazil nuts roughly.
  4. Pour the smoothie into a glass.
  5. Garnish with the peanut chunks and honey.
