100 ml Vifit Sport Banana Honey Drink Protein
20 g Ginger root
3 tbs Lemondor Lime Juice
120 g Carrots
130 ml Low-fat yogurt
2 tbs Honey
4.5 g Unsalted Brazil nuts
2 pcs Juice orange
Preparation steps
- Peel ginger and orange.
- Keep the Brazil nuts and honey aside, but put all the other ingredients in the blender and blend until you get a thick, delicious smoothie.
- Chop the Brazil nuts roughly.
- Pour the smoothie into a glass.
- Garnish with the peanut chunks and honey.
