Fresh ravioli with tomato sauce

Ingredients (per serving)
100 g Fresh ravioli
0.5 tbs Parmesan
2 pcs Tomatoes
0.5 tbs Olive Oil
0.3 tsp Dried oregano
1 pinch Black pepper
0.5 tbs Fresh basil
0.5 pcs Clove of garlic
0.5 pcs Onions
150 g Diced tomatoes
Preparation steps
- Heat olive oil in a wok or pan over medium heat. Peel and finely chop the onion. Chop the garlic finely. Fry both for about 2 minutes without them coloring too much.
- Wash the tomato, cut into cubes, add it and fry for 5 minutes. Then add the diced tomatoes, fry and stew for 15 minutes on a low heat.
- Cook the ravioli in plenty of water according to the instructions on the package.
- Puree the tomato sauce with the hand blender or in the food processor. Add oregano and pepper to taste.
- Spread the ravioli on a plate. Add the tomato sauce and sprinkle with basil and Parmesan cheese.
