Fem's vega burger sandwich with tomato and salad

Ingredients (per serving)
150 g Floury potatoes
1 tbs Olive oil
1.5 pcs Tomatoes
62.5 g Mini Romaine salad
25 g Shredded cheese, matured 30+
1 pcs Ciabattina
1 pcs Garden Gourmet Sensational Burger
Preparation steps
- Preheat the oven to 225°C. Spread the potatoes over the oven dish and toss with 1 tbsp of oil. Sprinkle with pepper and bake in the oven for 20 minutes. Toss halfway.
- Meanwhile, cut the tomatoes into 0.5 cm cubes. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the diced tomatoes for 15 minutes to make a compote. Toss regularly. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and fry the burger for 8 minutes all over. Meanwhile, bake the ciabattina in the oven for 6 minutes until crispy.
- Heat the grill pan. Pick the outer 4 leaves of the little gem and set aside. Halve the lettuce heads lengthwise and brush all over with a quarter of the oil. Grill the salad all around for 4 minutes until it has grill lines on it.
- Take the potatoes out of the oven and sprinkle with half of the cheese. Put the oven dish back in the oven and gratin for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the rest of the cheese over the burger and let it melt in 3 minutes with the lid on the pan.
- Take the ciabattina out of the oven and cut open. Cut the lettuce leaves in half in width and place them on the bread. Place the burger on top of the salad and add some of the tomato compote to the burger. Cover with the rest of the bread. Serve the burgers with grilled lettuce, potatoes and the rest of the tomato compote.
