Christophe's wokratatouille with chicken and brown rice noodles

Ingredients (per serving)

1.5 tbs       Sunflower oil
0.3 pcs     Aubergine
0.3 pcs       Zucchini
0.5 pcs     Onion
7 pcs   Cherry tomato
40 ml   Soy sesame wok sauce
120 g   Free-range chicken fillet
75 g   Brown rice noodles

Preparation steps

  1. Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the aubergine, zucchini, bell pepper and chicken breast into cubes.
  2. Prepare the brown rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
  3. Heat a wok with the oil and fry the chicken breast cubes for 5 minutes. Add zucchini, aubergine, bell pepper and onion. Fry the vegetables for 3 minutes while stirring. Add the wok sauce and heat for 2 minutes. Finally add the tomatoes and heat for another 1-2 minutes
  4. Spread the brown rice noodles in a bowl and add the ratatouille.
