Christophe's wokratatouille with chicken and brown rice noodles

Ingredients (per serving)
1.5 tbs Sunflower oil
0.3 pcs Aubergine
0.3 pcs Zucchini
0.5 pcs Onion
7 pcs Cherry tomato
40 ml Soy sesame wok sauce
120 g Free-range chicken fillet
75 g Brown rice noodles
Preparation steps
- Peel and finely dice the onion. Cut the aubergine, zucchini, bell pepper and chicken breast into cubes.
- Prepare the brown rice noodles according to the instructions on the package.
- Heat a wok with the oil and fry the chicken breast cubes for 5 minutes. Add zucchini, aubergine, bell pepper and onion. Fry the vegetables for 3 minutes while stirring. Add the wok sauce and heat for 2 minutes. Finally add the tomatoes and heat for another 1-2 minutes
- Spread the brown rice noodles in a bowl and add the ratatouille.
