Put it into practice

  1. Plan your training sessions
  2. Set or overwrite your carb intake during endurance rides (>1,5h) to max 30g/h
  3. Keep your carb intake during interval rides as suggested by the app, to a maximum of 60g/h
  4. Hit your needs and log your on the bike carb intake
