Make elite nutrition feel simple for athletes everywhere. You’ll design clear, intuitive experiences for a product that helps people perform better every day. From top teams to everyday sporters, your work turns complexity into clarity. This is a builder’s role, made for someone who wants to design, test, learn, and make it real.

We believe the real difference in performance is made in daily nutrition. If athletes push themselves in the right direction and make every meal a little bit better than before, they will improve. Read our story here.

What you’ll do?

  1. BDesign flows, interfaces and interactions across mobile and web.
  2. You work in Figma, move fast, and care about details.
  3. Make nutrition and performance data simple, personal and actionable.
  4. Work with product, tech, coaching and content to solve real user needs.
  5. Turn coach and athlete feedback into design iterations.
  6. Help define our design system and visual language.
  7. Test fast with real users, not just internal opinions.
  8. Create experiences that scale, from elite teams to millions of everyday users.
  9. Start hands-on. Grow into the lead of our design system.

Your experience

  1. You’ve designed for digital products. Ideally in health, sport or consumer tech.
  2. You balance structure and emotional logic with a human feel.
  3. You’ve built or contributed to a design system.
  4. You’ve worked with developers and shipped real features.
  5. You’re fluent in English; Dutch is a plus.
  6. Bonus: you’ve worked with data, coaching or performance teams.
  7. You get energy from designing for real people, and seeing them use what you build.
